I’ve been involved in an agency start-up, so have first hand experience on how much more there is to growing an agency beyond the creative department.
I’ve won several awards over the years – ISP Gold and MAA Best.
I love being with like minded people, who think like there is no box. I like to build and share, share and build.

iNIKEit is a local to global concept in development, that allows both those who choose the brand and those that the brand chooses, to champion, better understand and deliver an ongoing campaign that raises awareness of global poverty versus prosperity. This is not charity. It’s not about giving, it’s about taking a stance. It’s something that you buy into – literally. (More to follow shortly.)
Creative for a collaboration between Rimmel London and Fiat during London Fashion week. 4 Limited Edition Fiat 500 in Rimmel London colours toured the streets of London acting as taxis for those attending the various shows. People could also go online or text in the number plates to arrange a test drive, that could be with a fashion celebrity.
This is the new strategic and creative direction we’ve been working on with Telegraph Travel – ‘I am a Telegraph Traveller’.
Its aim is to shift current brand perception away from the existing ‘Me too’ holiday opportunities and destinations and invite both new and existing customers to engage with the latest, ‘beyond the beaten track’ itineraries they have online. The campaign comprises of digital, press and outdoor. They are also hoping to develop our idea of its own FB page for Telegraph Travellers to post and share their adventures.
This was a fun, yet challenging pitch brief. “Help Lucozade be a part the games, but we can’t use big name GB competitors!” So I went with something in keeping with the spirit of the games ‘The people’. Energise their passion, their desire and their spirit, via the chance to become Games Makers.
A brief, that involved me from the strategy of initial brand development, through to final campaign concepts and delivery. The CSMA, a motoring based club for public sector workers formed in 1923, needed a brand update to bring it in line with the target audience they need to attract today. Working with the internal teams, I develop the ‘Sensations’ campaign encouraging members to – Do More, Save More, Be More Boundless.
Showcasing three key P&G brands – Bounty, Febreeze and Flash Wipes, Spring Clean Science was one of the very first large scale shopper campaigns that introduced ‘Retailtainment’. ASDA wanted engaging creative that really helped customers connect and interact with both the sales opportunity of Spring cleaning and the P&G brands. Time to get bug and germtastic! This really was a concept to completion brief for me. From creating all forms of engagement, to designing the 3D stand and hand drawing the germs.
This is a campaign from the ‘simplicity is a strength’ side of me. Union Coffee is a premium, fair trade coffee, where every batch is hand roasted by Stephen, one of its founders. He truly is an artisan in every sense. Our ‘Waitrose’ based target audience and over all strategy with the media gave the perfect platform to leverage a creative direction of the finest things in life being crafted by hand.
Digital led, in-store Shopper Campaign for Freesat, developed around the proposition of getting the most out of ‘your box’. The creative lived both on live screens and in print, to help bring the environment to life with the brand and it’s services. Freesat is the free-to-air digital satellite television joint venture between the BBC and ITV plc. Freesat offers a satellite alternative to the Freeview service on digital terrestrial television, with a broadly similar selection of channels available without subscription for users purchasing a box.
Budweiser’s sponsorship of music venues and festivals led to the brief from which I developed ‘Bud Rising’. Part of Bud True Music, the idea was to create a festival to truly launch Budweiser on to the music scene in the UK, by not only showcasing existing headlining bands, but also launching new and ‘RISING’ talent as well.
Press and website created for The Kings Ginger, one of BBR more quirky brands, with a fantastic story that’s enjoying a bit of a reseurgence right now. Tales of Bertie the ‘playboy’ King helped make for some great creative and amusinf campaign work.
When the opportunity came around for Stagecoach to tender for the West Coast Line, I worked with them directly to deliver the launch campaign. With a strategy to take things back to an era where service was everything, I developed ‘The New Great is GREATER’.
Working with Satchi, I created and styled the campaign tender work for the aquisition of the East Anglia line. This included some 22 visuals that paid homage to the yester year of rail travel, that worked as posters in and around mainline stations. These were ccompanied by an online and social presence, including the Stagecoach app.
This was the first serious integrated campaign with TV that Teletext Holidays had run for some years. Having spent a few months helping them strategically define the the brands core proposition, the idea I gave them was to remind the Great British public via a little innuendo that “We’re still doing it!”
I then led the creative to deliver the 30” TV script and the rest of integrated, digital roll out.
Promoted on trade, on line, and ATL, this was an experiential campaign idea aimed at capturing the attention of the London underground clubbing scene. With an urban creative look and feel and delivered with an element of secrecy and hype, the only way in was to win your way in.

The new ‘challenge the challenger’ brand up against Virgin Trains.
As Creative Director on the account, I first helped develop the campaign strategy based on the customer insight, that ‘savvy customers choose LNR.
The launch campaign – “We’re on London Northwestern” positioned LNR as the facilitator that takes passengers to great days and night out with family and friends.
I then oversaw the creative development of a fully integrated campaign that included TV, radio, and cinema, OOH and DOOH. Campaign creative also included paid for digital and social, DM, staff engagement and national print.
This award nominated campaign really does prove the theory that simplicity can be a strength.
I really wanted to move the client away from the usual brand and stock photography approach and give them a strong, animated infographic, easily understood by all.
What we got was the brilliant little piggy bank WiFi mash up.
The client loved it, not only for its clever stand out, but because it also dealt with the issue that not all who see the campaign will have English as a first language, so a strong, simple visual really helps with this.
This campaign formed part of a challenging, but fantastic, post covid brief from Essex County Council – Get Essex up, out and about and active again.
Using real residents in real life activities, I created an engaging, content led ‘call to action’ campaign for social, digital and VOD. It also included a bit of promo and OOH.
The strategy behind the idea was to get the people of Essex to find their own way of getting active again. Indoors or outdoors. On their own or with friends and family.

I wrote the wrap that launched the app! Running in London and Manchester as DOOH and across socials.
MAG needed a big idea to help engage holiday goers and encourage them to fly from an MAG airport.
Having already created campaigns for BAA I was aware that this brief is all about making time at the airport a joy and not a chore.
The campaign lives in those moments we love when getting holiday ready. That first pint! A spot of spoil ya self shopping! Chilling after an early start!

The We LOVE it campaign shows us why we go and what we get from the O2. ‘We sing in it, we dance in it, we eat in it, we laugh in it!
